About Inseparable

‘Inseparable’ came to fruition in 2022 as a webcomic on Tapas, but was in development since late 2020. Shortly after, it was revamped and made its physical debut in 2023.

The story revolves around three roommates making the most out of their mid-twenties by making a mediocre novel together, all the while juggling personal life, a 9-to-5 and each of their troubled pasts which resurface along the way.

This passion project still followed the framework of my personal art style but adopted its own key features such as a customised font, brushes, new colour scheme as well as the inclusion of a more extensive narrative which introduced challenges related to panel layout, storyboarding and scripting.

Meet the Characters

Drew Dempsey

Drew's the new addition to the group! A shy and reserved 23 year old cinnamon roll, who's main goal is to try new things and make new friends. They often find it hard to say no and always find ways to lend a hand or help others in need...even at their own expense.

Chancy Crawford

Chancy's a 25 year old bundle of anxiety. Despite being riddled with self-doubt, Chancy's nothing short of ambitious, a trait that's led him to come up with a plethora of projects .... even if they never end up seeing the light of day.

Joseph Jenkins

The 26 year old "designated adult" of the group with a knack for art and design.
He's often cool, calm and collected, spreading positive vibes wherever he goes and acts as the big brother that everyone looks up to.
